Shipping policy
Orders ship out within 1 to 2 weeks of order receipt, while orders which include featherbeds may take slightly longer. (In most cases, in-stock items ship out within 2-4 business days of receiving your order.) Shoppers are welcome to inform us of any urgency required – we will do our best to expedite processing where possible.
We'll email you a shipment notification when your order has shipped. Track your shipment using the tracking number on the notification and enter it on the corresponding carrier's site; the tracking/air waybill number can also be found in your order history under your Ploh account, if one was created before placing your order.
Deliveries in Singapore:
- We offer complimentary shipping within Singapore for orders with product value of SG$400 and above. Orders with product value below SG$400 will incur a charge of SG$28.00 for each delivery address.
- Delivery to residences and most places of businesses is available Monday through Saturday during normal business hours (excludes public holidays).
All other destinations:
- Carrier: We use DHL as our preferred international shipping partner. We may at times use other reputable couriers as well.
- Import Duties & Taxes: any applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may be billed by the carrier at the destination point on behalf of Customs.
- Timing: Please allow for a slightly longer shipping time during the holiday seasons and any public holidays in the recipient’s country of residence. Actual receipt of order depends on customs clearance in the destination country.
- Customs Clearance: Each country has its own customs clearance rules, and carriers may need to contact the recipient to obtain additional information before goods can be released. This may include completing declaration forms, providing identification, confirming the nature of the goods, or supplying tax‑related information.
- United States: May require a Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- EU/UK: May request a national ID number, EORI number, or proof of address.
- Asia & Middle East: Some countries may request passport details, import permits, or additional verification.
Carriers cannot complete customs clearance without the required information, which may delay delivery if not provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should parcels be refused because of import duties/taxes or import requirements by Customs at the destination country. Also, according to customs regulations, Ploh cannot list an amount that is lower than the actual product price or declare purchased items as a gift at zero value.
